Our physical therapy services operate primarily in patients’ homes, allowing for a convenient and comfortable setting where individuals can engage in therapy without the stress of travel. As part of our team, you will choose your own hours, and a typical schedule runs from Monday to Friday, providing you with the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while prioritizing patient care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in home care settings who are recovering from injuries, illness, or surgeries, establishing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic methods, including targeted exercises, stretching techniques, and manual therapy to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously assess patient progress and response to treatments, documenting all findings accurately in an electronic health record system, ensuring open communication with the healthcare team.
• Adapt treatment plans as required based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes, maintaining flexibility in approach to optimize recovery times.
• Provide recommendations for assistive devices and teach patients and families effective techniques for self-care and ambulation.
• Train caregivers and family members in appropriate physical therapy techniques to support ongoing patient care.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development by attending workshops, contributing to professional societies, and keeping abreast of the latest physical therapy techniques and research.

Our Home Care Physical Therapists work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children needing developmental support to elderly patients recovering from surgeries or managing chronic conditions. This role is critical in ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care tailored to their lifestyles and environments, fostering recovery in a familiar and supportive setting.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relay complex information clearly to patients and families.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication purposes.
• Possess a flexible approach to meet the varying needs of patients and adapt to changing circumstances.

• While prior work experience in physical therapy is not mandatory, any internships or clinical rotations completed in relevant settings will be beneficial.

Dynamic Muscle Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, supported by a robust benefits package.
