Job description

The Project Superintendent will be part of our field team and will have the responsibility to ensure best in class execution of residential, multi-family and commercial projects at Dynamic National. This person will be responsible to supervise material delivery and usage, subcontractors working on site, equipment management and ensure full customer satisfaction in the performance of the build. You may be required to interact with property management and maintenance teams on multi-family and commercial projects. Additionally, you may independently manage residential projects and communicate with homeowners. Professionalism and customer service are of utmost importance to solidifying a positive build experience for our customers.

  • Participate in daily safety meetings with the subcontractors and ensure all workers on site are compliant with all federal and local safety laws as well as Dynamic’s standards
  • Monitor and enforce site safety standards and compliance with all local regulations by daily site inspections and actively managing subcontractors on-site
  • Be a point of contact on site during the project for the customer
  • Post notices on tenant doors and set up cones/safety gear based on project schedule
  • Work under the direction of Production leadership regarding scheduling, performance and personal development
  • Communicate with the Production Manager regarding any issues on site immediately after observing or learning of the issue
  • Ensure customer is fully informed and Dynamic remains attentive with needs of tenants and management
  • Ensure the proper materials are on-site each day to provide the working crew efficient operation and order/pick up needed materials
  • Address any challenges occurring on the job site and provide solutions to the on-site team
  • Prepare information for the daily reports and operating metrics to be delivered to the Production Director
  • Perform post-build walk with customer to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to Dynamic standards
  • Attend periodic training and meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge necessary to complete work and provide personal development opportunities
  • Understand company standards and role expectations and communicate with Production Director when questions arise
  • Other duties as assigned
