Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Sell steep slope roofing services following theprocedures and practices established by The Company.
  • Generate and pursue Steep Slope sales leads
  • Maintain sales pipeline in a timely manner throughthe use of CRM Systems, sales spreadsheets, and other reporting tools
  • Maintain appropriate and timely communicationswith management regarding sales pipelines, customer relationships, markettrends, competitive dynamics, and other areas of interest
  • Assist staff with collecting accounts receivableas needed
  • Help drive the culture of Legacy Roofing Servicesin professionalism, safety, responsiveness, and quality
  • Work with management to implement new proceduresto help make Legacy more efficient and effective

Requirements
  • 3-5 years sales experience in the roofing field isrequired.
  • Demonstrated success in sales within theresidential roofing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability tobuild rapport with homeowners.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficient in basiccomputer applications
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets.
