What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Record daily transactions into QuickBooks with speed and accuracy

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly

• Reconcile and record intercompany transactions

• Review AR Aging and collections weekly

• Oversee accounts payable and vendor payment tracking

• Monitor and support inventory data integrity

• Ensure sales tax preparation and invoicing are completed on time

• Support the controller with month-end close and reporting

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date general ledger records

• Provide financial insights to support leadership decision-making

What Success Looks Like (KPIs & Deliverables):

• Clean, timely, and accurate bookkeeping

• All accounts reconciled monthly without error

• On-time invoicing and sales tax reporting

• Financial statements supported and submitted on schedule

• Proactive communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

• Proficiency with QuickBooks (Required)

• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliations and reporting

• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently

• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or inventory-heavy environments a plus

Compensation & Hours:

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Every Other Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
