About the role

This is an entry level sales position that does not require previous mortgage experience! What you'll do
  • Support Loan Officers by gathering and reviewing client documents.
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and processors to keep loans on track.
  • Maintain accurate records and update loan files.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up on applications.
  • Ensure all lending processes comply with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be responsive to feedback
  • Availability: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, with two late nights until 9 PM.
