Supporting Sales & Executive Leadership

As the business continues to expand its client base, there is a need for a highly organised individual who can streamline sales processes, enhance lead generation efforts, and provide direct support to leadership—ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up materials for prospects and clients
  • Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, and calls between sales team members and prospects

Lead Generation & Sourcing

  • Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn, databases, and sourcing tools
  • Build, maintain, and refine targeted lead lists
  • Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities appropriately

Presentations & Sales Materials

  • Create and update sales decks, presentations, and client-facing collateral
  • Tailor materials to specific prospects, use cases, or industry verticals

Outbound Sales Support

  • Set up and manage outbound email campaigns using automation tools
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Maintain data accuracy, list hygiene, and outreach best practices

Executive & Ad Hoc Support

  • Assist senior leadership with sales-related tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and client discussions
  • Provide general administrative support as required


What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or business development role
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft outreach messaging
  • Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
