Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse and Shipping Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse and shipping operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory, plus more. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as automobiles and skid steers.  

Responsibilities for Shipping
  • Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
  • Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping
  • Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors
  • Checking for fraud, illegal items and other shipping issues
  • Shipping prep, e.g. building boxes restocking shipping material and restocking shelves with product
  • Indoor shop maintenance 
  • Effectively communicate with team members and shipping manager
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Responsibilities for Warehouse
  • Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
  • Assemble kits
  • Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for any damages, defects, or errors
  • Loading and unloading of shipping semi's
  • Shipping prep, e.g. building boxes restocking shipping material and restocking shelves with product
  • Outdoor shop maintenance 
  • Effectively communicate with team members and warehouse manager
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
  • Ability to use warehouse equipment, including skid steer, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Knowing about gun parts is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
