We are well-established and profitable Commercial Community Bank with locations in key markets in New Mexico and Colorado including Farmington, Durango, Cortez, others and expanding.

Position Summary: The Market President will lead the overall growth and performance of commercial lending and treasury management activities throughout Southwestern Colorado including Montezuma and adjoining counties.

Primary responsibilities: Commercial Business relationship development providing lines-of-credit, OCRE, construction, commercial real estate, agriculture loans, deposits, payments and treasury management services to small to medium sized businesses, developers, farmers/ranchers and high-net-worth individuals.

Leadership: Set the example of proactive relationship development and community engagement. Oversee the activities, performance and professional development of the commercial team.
