Job description

We are seeking Patient Care Representatives/Delivery Technicians to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate warehouse activities, assemble, deliver and educate patients regarding medical equipment and supplies. You will be required to complete a route of 8-15 patient set ups per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, label and prepare items for delivery
  • Prepare daily manifests/route based on area and give proper Estimated Times of Arrival
  • Educate members on proper use of equipment and supplies
  • Help coordinate cleaning and re storage of equipment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in durable medical equipment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle physical workload (lifting and carrying up to 75lbs).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
