Midwest Pump Works, a UFT company, is a pump sales, service, and consulting company with offices in Green Bay, Wisconsin; Dundas, Menahga, and Palisade, Minnesota; Ankeny, Iowa; and Louisville, Nebraska. We offer a wide range of products for municipal, industrial, and construction projects, including water and wastewater pumps. Our factory-trained technicians are always available to assist with pump repairs, motor repairs, and control panel repairs. We specialize in hydraulic troubleshooting, system installations, routine preventative maintenance, full pump rebuilds, lift station service checks, and emergency response 

Midwest Pump Works, a UFT Company, is hiring a high performing Outside Sales Account Manager to drive growth across the Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin market. 

You'll represent industry leading water and wastewater pumping equipment, lift stations, controls, and accessories, working directly with municipalities, contractors, engineers, and industrial customers.

This position will require local travel throughout the assigned sales territory (Northeast Wisconsin). Occasional overnight travel will be required.

What you'll do:

Sales & Territory Growth

  • Own and grow a defined territory in Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin
  • Sell pumps, lift stations, controls, and wastewater system solutions
  • Develop new business with municipalities, utilities, contractors, and industrial clients
  • Manage project pipelines, bids, and proposals
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and margin targets
Technical Sales & Customer Support
  • Recommend system solutions and assist with pump selection and system design
  • Partner with engineering and service teams for complex applications
  • Provide troubleshooting support and identify system improvement opportunities
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and technologies
Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with municipal decision-makers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and plant operators
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and association meetings
What you bring:

Required:

  • 4+ years of outside sales experience (industrial, mechanical, or equipment sales)
  • Strong ability to close deals and grow territory revenue
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Preferred:
  • Experience in water/wastewater, pumps, or fluid handling systems
  • Established relationships with municipalities or engineering firms
  • Technical aptitude (mechanical or industrial systems)
  • CRM experience
