Job description

Oaks Dumpster Rental is hiring reliable and safety-focused CDL-B Roll-Off Truck Drivers for both full-time and part-time positions. This role involves operating roll-off trucks to deliver, pick up, and dispose of dumpsters for residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for drivers who are dependable, customer-focused, and committed to safety. Roll-off or dump truck experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate roll-off trucks to deliver and remove dumpsters at customer locations
  • Transport and dispose of waste at approved facilities in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Secure loads using tarps or tie-down systems (automatic tarp system provided)
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain clean and safe equipment
  • Communicate with dispatch using a smartphone for routes and updates
  • Provide professional, courteous service to customers
  • Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-B or CDL-A license (required)
  • Clean driving record
  • At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (roll-off preferred)
  • Ability to lift, climb, and secure dumpster loads
