Job description

Do you love driving dump truck? We have a great team of dump truck drivers and a fleet of 9 dump trucks. We are currently looking for a full time Dump Truck Driver to join this awesome team!
Village Green Landscapes is a locally owned and operated full-scale landscape company with office locations in Saint Paul, New Brighton, Brooklyn Park, and Savage.
We are looking for driven self -starters with a class B commercial driver's license and dump truck driving experience.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $31.00 / hour DOE
Benefits include: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD insurances amp; 401K.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for hauling landscape and snow removal materials such as dirt, class 5, mulch, salt, and snow.
  • Operate salt trucks for commercial snow management
  • Operate dump trucks for outside contracted projects
  • Operate and maintain all equipment within company safety and preventive maintenance standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team and company leadership
  • Work autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Class B commercial driver’s license with air brake endorsement.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
  • 1 year of dump truck driving experience
  • Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug test
Preferred
  • Paving experience
