Job description

Raineri Construction is seeking a professional Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team (Experienced Only). To qualify for the position, you must be fluent in operating a manual transmission and also hold a valid Class A or B CDL.


This position pays an excellent hourly starting base rate: CDL B - $28/hr. CDL A - $30/hr., based on experience, plus benefits.

Raineri Construction is a full-service general building contractor specializing in design-build construction. Raineri provides turnkey project development services and comprehensive construction and management solutions for a variety of industries. Based in St. Louis, the company has grown each year since its inception in 2003 and currently employs more than 100 employees.

Essential activities may include, but are not limited to:


  • Safely operate a dump truck or truck/trailer combination to and from job sites.
  • Properly track and document the activity log, including loads and material tickets.
  • Report all issues and safety incidents to the Operations Manager
  • Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections.
  • Load and Unload Equipment and deliver to job sites. (Class A CDL)
  • Clean truck daily
  • Turn in material/load tickets daily


Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Previous experience operating dump trucks with manual transmissions with air brakes.
  • Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake endorsement
  • Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment & random drug screening, and a criminal background check
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current DOT Drug Testing is required


Physical Requirements:

  • Able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Able to traverse uneven walking/working surfaces at jobsites.
  • Able to climb stairs at jobsites.
  • Able to wear all required personal protective equipment as necessary.
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
