About the Role:

The Assembly Worker plays a crucial role in the accommodation and food services industry by ensuring that all assembly tasks are completed efficiently and accurately to support daily operations. This position involves assembling various components or products that contribute to the overall quality of producing high-end commercial coffee machines. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards to maintain a high level of service and operational excellence. The Assembly Worker collaborates closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of assembly processes and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and assemble components.
  • Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and perform repetitive tasks safely and effectively.
