Job description

CounterCraft designs and manufactures custom serving counters for schools, cafeterias, and institutional foodservice operations.

We're currently looking for a Polisher to join our production team!

As a Polisher you will be responsible for grinding and polishing welds to blend with factory finishing and correct
any defects. Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work in a team are essential for success in this role.

Job Description

  • Operate high-speed grinders, cut-off wheels, polishing wheels, hammers, and handheld Scotch-Brite tools
    safely and effectively.
  • Grind, blend, polish, and finish stainless steel surfaces to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts for scratches, dents, weld marks, and other surface imperfections.
  • Maintain polishing tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues to supervision
  • Follow safety rules
  • Wear required PPE for area

Shift Schedule

6:00 am - 3:00 pm; Mondays to Fridays- Overtime highly likely.
