Description
A well established home services company in Orem, Utah is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential system replacements and new installations. You will run the install from start to finish, mentor a helper, and make sure every job is done right. This role offers a company vehicle, steady year round work, and room to grow into a field leadership seat.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC change outs and new system installations
• Set furnaces, air handlers, and condensers and complete line set and duct connections
• Read and follow load calculations and installation plans
• Mentor and direct an install helper on the job site
• Ensure each install meets code and passes inspection
• Communicate with homeowners and keep the job site clean and professional

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 3 or more years of residential HVAC install experience
• Experience leading installs and directing a helper
• Solid knowledge of duct work, refrigerant, and electrical connections
• EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
