They must balance their time and resources effectively between the two studios, implement company policies, and often coordinate marketing and sales efforts. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.

Dual Studio Managers often face the challenge of splitting their time and attention between two locations, each with its own staff, clients, and operational needs. To balance these demands, they rely on strong delegation skills, clear communication channels, and standardized processes across both studios. Building a cohesive team culture involves regular cross-studio meetings, sharing successes, and fostering collaboration through joint training sessions or events. This approach not only streamlines operations but also ensures that both teams feel equally supported and engaged.

Job description

Job Title: Member Ambassador (Future Certified Fitness Coach)
Location: OrangeTheory Fitness - Warner Robins
Position Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)
Compensation: $17.00/hour starting Member Ambassador wage (Clear pathway to $21.00 as an MA and $35.00+/hour as a Certified Coach)
Shift Availability: Shifts fall between 4:30 AM - 7:30 PM (including weekends)
About Us
We aren't your average fitness studio. Led by an Army Veteran and MIT Sloan MBA graduate, OrangeTheory Warner Robins is currently ranked in the Top 20 out of 1,200+ studios nationwide for growth. We are a community-focused, high-performing team committed to changing lives through fitness.
We don't hire shift-fillers. We hire driven individuals who want to learn our business from the ground up, master our studio operations, and cross-train to become the next generation of elite OrangeTheory Coaches.
The Opportunity: The Ambassador-to-Coach Pathway
We believe that the best fitness coaches are built from within. You cannot effectively command a room of 30+ members until you truly understand the community, the desk, and the business operations. This role is a structured pipeline designed to transition high-performing individuals from the front desk to the microphone.
  • Phase 1: Master the Front Desk (Months 1-3): You will start by owning the member experience, driving studio culture, handling retail sales, and maintaining premium cleanliness. This includes everything from welcoming new "Intro" guests to deep-cleaning restrooms, showers, and mopping the studio floor. No task is beneath us.
  • Phase 2: Paid Cross-Training (Months 3-6): Once you prove your operational excellence at the desk, we invest heavily in your growth. We provide dedicated, paid shadow shifts with our coaching team and structured internal study tracks to prepare you for your OrangeTheory Fitness Coaching Certification.
  • Phase 3: The Hybrid Leader (Months 6+): Upon certification, you will transition into a dual-role team member. You will unlock higher earning potential by coaching prime class blocks, while maintaining steady ambassador shifts to ensure stable, predictable hours.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):
  • An Aspiring Fitness Professional: You want a legitimate, long-term career in group fitness training and studio leadership, not just a casual weekend gig.
  • A Growth-Mindset Self-Starter: You believe you can learn and accomplish anything if given the right information. You don't wait to be told what to do; you look for projects to own.
  • High Emotional Intelligence: You can read a room, anticipate the needs of members and teammates, and multitask effortlessly under pressure without losing your smile.
  • Committed to the Grit: You understand that elite coaches still pick up a mop. You take immense pride in keeping a premium facility spotless.
  • Adaptable & Dependable: You are comfortable working early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Our Vetting Process
We take our culture seriously, which is why our hiring process is unique, rigorous, and designed to ensure a perfect mutual fit:
  1. Application & Resume Review
  2. The 90-Second Pitch: If your resume stands out, we will ask you to submit a quick 60-to-90-second video introducing yourself, explaining why you're interested in OrangeTheory, and why you want to become a coach with us.
  3. Initial Conversation: A traditional meet-and-greet interview to discuss goals, background, and alignment.
  4. The 2-Week Experience: You'll receive a temporary 2-week unlimited membership. To move forward, you must experience the studio as a member by taking at least 6 classes spanning different times (5:00 AM, mid-morning, afternoon, and weekends) and with different coaches.
  5. Paid Shadowing Shift: You will spend a paid shift shadowing a veteran Member Ambassador to get a real feel for daily operations and class prep.
  6. Final Interview: A final sit-down with the Studio Manager and Owner.

Why Work With Us?
We don't micromanage. If you prove you are a high-performer, we will back you with time, money, training resources, and mentorship-and then let you run.

Jobs That Make a Real Difference
About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
Our Philosophy
For us, physical fitness transcends weight loss and bikini season. Fitness is a way of life -- in fact, our brand purpose is to help people live longer, more vibrant lives. When we help our members to put in the work at our studios, they will experience benefits in their day-to-day. They will be physically stronger, but beyond that, they will notice improvements to their mood, cognition, sleep, and overall happiness and quality of life. This workout actually changes your body at the cellular level and has been known to help members through disease, chronic illness, depression, and even heartbreak and the loss of loved ones. They'll simply have the energy to play with their grandchildren, run a 5K, or go hiking. When we can help our members to take care of their body and mind, amazing things can happen. More Orangetheory, More LIFE
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
