Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Principal MarTech Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Analytics, Tag Management, Customer 360, Marketing Automation, and Privacy & Consent Management. The role focuses on delivering scalable, data-driven customer engagement solutions while ensuring compliance, data quality, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

MarTech Architecture & Strategy:

Define and drive enterprise MarTech architecture and roadmap.

Design customer data collection, identity resolution, and audience activation frameworks.

Lead Customer 360 and omnichannel customer engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals.

Tag Management & Analytics:

Architect and manage enterprise tagging solutions using Adobe Launch, Adobe DTM, GTM, or similar platforms.

Establish data layer standards, event tracking frameworks, and governance processes.

Lead analytics implementations and platform migrations.

Ensure data accuracy through monitoring, auditing, and quality controls.

Customer Data Platform & Activation:

Design and implement CDP solutions for customer profile unification and audience segmentation.

Integrate behavioral, transactional, CRM, and offline data into unified customer views.

Enable audience activation across marketing and personalization platforms.

Develop real-time and batch data integration strategies.

Personalization & Marketing Automation:

Implement and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, and personalization platforms.

Design customer journeys, audience activation workflows, and A/B testing strategies.

Support AI-driven segmentation and Next Best Action initiatives to improve customer engagement.

Privacy, Governance & Compliance:

Design privacy-first marketing technology solutions.

Implement consent management frameworks using OneTrust or similar platforms.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and enterprise data governance standards.

Establish governance processes for customer data, tagging, and analytics platforms.
