Brand Marketing Specialist
The Opportunity
This role sits at the center of how our brands show up in the world. As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you'll help bring Vince Camuto, Jessica Simpson, and Lucky Brand to life across major retail partners-from Amazon and Nordstrom to DSW, Macy's, QVC, and more.
You'll partner closely with internal teams and external retail marketers to create thoughtful, on-brand marketing moments that support seasonal launches, increase visibility, and drive sales. If you enjoy managing creative projects, building strong partnerships, and seeing your work live across digital, in-store, and event environments, this role offers variety, ownership, and impact. This position is HYBRID to our New York City office.
This position reports to the Manager, Brand Marketing and does not have direct reports.
What You'll Be Doing
Brand & Retail Marketing Support
  • Manage marketing programming and creative asset development across licensed brands and retail partners including Amazon, Nordstrom, DSW, Macy's, VC.com, Dillard's, HSN, QVC, Belk, and others
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for retail partner marketing needs, responding to incoming requests and helping secure marketing opportunities tied to seasonal launches and key initiatives
  • Support brand awareness and sales through coordinated marketing activations and campaigns

Creative Development & Asset Management
  • Own internal creative briefing processes using Adobe Workfront and manage external briefs with license partners
  • Ensure on-brand asset development is delivered on time across formats, including:
    • Brand imagery
    • Email marketing assets
    • Web and brand-page content
    • Paid media assets and A+ content
    • In-store signage and stockroom materials
  • Distribute final, approved assets to retail partners following each partner's submission requirements

Photoshoots & Campaign Support
  • Develop detailed shot lists for internal and external photoshoots supporting seasonal launches and wholesale programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (creative, sales, merchandising, digital operations, and planning) to ensure product stories are fully covered
  • Confirm asset specifications with retail partners and represent brand marketing on set as needed
  • Create and manage master campaign credit documents for external photoshoots

Markets, Tradeshows & Events
  • Manage marketing logistics and vendor communications for seasonal markets, including:
    • Showroom artwork updates and visual displays
    • Digital invites
    • Model coordination and on-site support
    • Floral orders and presentation details
  • Support seasonal tradeshows by coordinating:
    • Badge registrations
    • Booth furniture and visual displays
    • Electrical orders, signage, and artwork
    • Model logistics and floral arrangements

Planning, Calendars & Budget Management
  • Build and maintain yearly brand marketing calendars that include shoot dates, asset deadlines, and market/tradeshow timelines
  • Process brand marketing invoices and purchase orders within internal systems
  • Maintain budget trackers and update projections as needed

What You'll Need
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, ideally within the fashion industry
  • Experience with creative asset development, briefing processes, and photoshoots
  • Experience using project management tools such as Adobe Workfront
  • Experience planning and executing small-scale events
