Job description

Our Global client in travel hospitality industry, is seeking a Privacy Operations Project Analyst.

Position: Privacy Operations Project Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote in USA
Pay Range: $60-68 on hourly basis
Project Overview:
Responsibilities
  • Validate and assess third-party vendors
  • Evaluate each vendor’s readiness for Data Subject Rights (DSR) integrations
  • Apply a risk-based framework to prioritize vendors (High / Medium / Low)
  • Gather and document required technical, legal, and operational details from vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Engineering teams
  • Create and maintain a vendor backlog with clear requirements and prioritization
  • Track progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple vendors and initiatives
  • Support ongoing process improvements related to vendor onboarding and privacy compliance
 
Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or similar roles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Security)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Able to operate independently and drive work forward
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments
  • Experience with privacy, data protection, or compliance programs (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Familiarity with Data Subject Rights (DSR) workflows or tooling
  • Comfort working with engineering teams and translating requirements into actionable backlog items
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
