We are actively hiring DSP Professionals to work as Behavior Technicians BT- looking for candidates who are passionate about working with children and ready to transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.

  • Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.

  • Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.

  • Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.

  • Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.

  • Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
