Full Time or Part Positions available. Starting rate of $15 to $16 per hour with set or flexible schedule options. Enjoy the flexibility and work life balance. Limited 1st shift availability, and Power Weekend starting at $18 per hour.

The Position:

ADEC Inc is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to increase the independence of persons with disabilities living in group homes or supported living sites by providing active treatment and personal assistance while maintaining a clean and comfortable home-like environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care – bathroom needs, cleaning, meals, activities, and more
  • Transportation – Any community-based activities, appointments, and outings needed
  • Administering Medication and Charting
  • Meal Preparation
  • Household Duties and more!

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 60 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proof of car insurance
  • Pass background and negative drug test
