At our Licensed Shared Housing Establishment, we dedicate ourselves to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Operating two residential homes, we specialize in geriatric management, advocacy, and innovative research to improve care for our community. If you’re a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP) with a heart for service, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a CNA or DSP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents and contributing to their well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our shared housing facilities.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Monitoring the health and safety of residents and reporting any concerns to the team.
  • Supporting residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional care and advocacy.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dedicated professionals with the following qualifications:

  • CNA or DSP Certification (required).
  • CPR Certification (required).
  • Eligibility for the IDPH Health Registry (required).
