Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Delivery Associate and become the vital link between our company and satisfied customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages, ensuring timely arrivals, and providing excellent customer service. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

Approximate hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Shifts are available 7 days per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial drivers’ vehicles with manual transmissions.
  • Load, unload, and organize packages using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
  • Deliver goods to customers’ locations accurately and on schedule, following designated routes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with recipients during deliveries.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained; report any issues promptly.
  • Manage documentation related to deliveries, including route logs, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving stock, and supporting team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivery driving or courier roles, with a strong focus on route driving and load & unload procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with moving packages or equipment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
