  • Compassionate, friendly, and patient-focused approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented practice
  • Excellent bedside manner, communication, and case presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of current dental standards, technology, and treatment planning
Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a compassionate, patient-centered manner
  • Provide thorough dental examinations and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and other oral health concerns
  • Diagnose and treat dental issues, including root canals, extractions, restorations, and cosmetic procedures
  • Perform treatments including onlays/inlays, crowns, bridges, and implants
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and dental appliances (Invisalign, night guards, retainers)
  • Collaborate with specialists as needed for complex cases
  • Supervise and support dental team members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols (OSHA, HIPAA, infection control)
  • Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient experience and outcomes
*The absence of specific duties in this description does not exclude them from the role if they are similar, related, or logically associated with the position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned or requested by management or executive leadership as needed.*
