Job description

  • Expand and manage sales relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) across the U.S., ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within DSO organizations (clinical directors, operations managers, procurement, C-suite).
  • Oversee and maintain relationships with DSO corporate accounts, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of SHINING 3D's dental 3D scanning and intraoral scanner solutions for digital dentistry workflows.
  • Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the dental industry, specifically with digital dentistry solutions (intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM, 3D printing), with proven experience selling to DSOs or large group practices.
  • Deep understanding of DSO business models, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and multi-location decision-making processes.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
  • Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 60%) across the U.S.
  • Proficiency in English.
