GEM Transitional Care is seeking a talented and dedicated Director of Staff Development (DSD) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Director of Staff Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in staff development, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for professional growth and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive staff development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives

  • Design and deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
