Your role includes monitoring donations, managing grocery and non-perishable inventories, and maintaining a secure, clean, and organized backroom environment. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role offers a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully to store operations.

What you bring to the table:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to maintain cleanliness, security, and order in the backroom and receiving areas.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of making decisions independently and resolving issues related to inventory and deliveries.
  • Communication Skills: Effective interaction with vendors, delivery drivers, store management, and fellow associates.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift/carry 5-50 lbs., push/pull 10-50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to upholding a positive customer experience through accurate inventory and store readiness.
