  • Work closely with Site Supervisors to ensure they have current drawings, approved changes, site instructions, RFIs, specifications, and other information required to execute the work.
  • Coordinate material needs, purchase orders, supplier communication, delivery timing, and material readiness to support the field schedule.
  • Manage RFIs, design clarifications, site instructions, and information requests to prevent delays and remove project constraints.

  • Prepare accurate cost-to-complete updates and project forecasts using field input, production data, committed costs, approved changes, and known risks.
  • Review and approve applicable material, equipment, subcontractor, and project-related invoices.
  • Prepare and submit progress applications, support billing requirements, and coordinate with finance to resolve payment, invoicing, or cost coding issues.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, consultants, suppliers, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Support project closeout, deficiency tracking, final documentation, warranty requirements, and post-project lessons learned.
  • Follow and support RWC standard project management tools, workflows, documentation practices, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, project coordination, or a related construction role.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, forecasting, cost codes, billing, change orders, and financial performance.
  • Strong coordination and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Site Supervisors, clients, General Contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify project risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to support successful project execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing commercial steel stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and related interior systems.
