Both roles are essential in the drywall process but require different skills and stages of work.

Where do drywall installers make the most money?

Drywall installers tend to earn higher wages in regions with a high cost of living and strong construction industries, such as urban areas or states with active commercial and residential development. Experience, certifications, and the complexity of projects also influence earning potential, with specialized skills commanding higher pay.

What is drywall installation?

Drywall installation is the process of attaching panels made of gypsum plaster sandwiched between two sheets of heavy paper to the interior walls and ceilings of buildings. It creates a smooth surface that can be painted or finished.
