Job description

We are hiring CDL Class A Dry Van Drivers for OTR work.

This is an independent contractor position. We do not offer W-2 employment at this time. Drivers are paid directly based on completed loads/work performed. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes and any required tax reporting.

We are looking for dependable drivers with open availability who can accept dispatch on short notice, including nights, weekends, and possible holidays. Drivers must still follow all DOT/FMCSA hours-of-service rules, ELD requirements, and safety regulations.

Job Details:

  • Position: CDL Class A Dry Van Driver
  • Type: OTR / Over-the-Road
  • Pay: Cash/direct pay based on agreed terms
  • Employment Type: Independent contractor
  • Schedule: Open availability required
  • Dispatch: Must be available for short-notice loads
  • Freight: Dry van
  • Home Time: Based on freight, route, and dispatch needs

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • OTR or dry van experience preferred
  • Must have a clean and safe driving record
  • Must be reliable, professional, and able to communicate with dispatch
  • Must comply with DOT/FMCSA rules, ELD/log requirements, and company safety policies
  • Must be able to pass any required background check, MVR check, and drug screening
