Job Summary - Assistant GM
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Attendant to join our team and grow into our Assistant GM position. You will be the backbone of our facility, ensuring every item is processed with integrity and attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in a job well done, and is ready to master both the physical and digital sides of our business.. Your responsibilities will include cleaning, pressing, and folding laundry as needed. You will also be responsible for the safe operation of equipment. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests by ensuring that all items processed through our systems are well cared for and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Process laundry, including towels and linens: Spot Clean, Wash, Press, Fold, & Package
  • Track maintenance and repairs made to laundering/ dry cleaning equipment
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the facility at all times
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and patience
  • Maintain adequate inventory of laundry supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
  • Strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations
  • Aid in ordering Products needed to complete processes
  • Aid in Customer Service matters above and beyond normal service matters
  • Basic reporting and data entry
Qualifications 
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Friendly, customer-oriented personality
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Able to work quickly without compromising quality
  • Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting upto 20lbs
  • Comfortable with basic office software and feel at ease with learning our POS System "SPOT"
