The Associate Director will also be a core member of the Center team, working closely with the team to develop the strategy and inputs necessary to optimize the platform development and ongoing management.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in website management, digital content development, and multimedia production, along with a strong understanding of web technologies, user experience (UX), accessibility standards, and search engine optimization (SEO). This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working collaboratively across departments in a dynamic environment. • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-informed decision making
• Proven experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and edit content for a variety of audiences
