About UsAt Togetherwork, we empower mission-driven organizations with cutting-edge software solutions. Our clients include some of the world's most impactful nonprofits-like the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union), and International Rescue Committee. We're passionate about helping them succeed through innovative technology and exceptional service.
The RoleWe're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing success of our fundraising and advocacy software. You'll serve as a strategic partner to nonprofit clients, guiding them through complex technical projects, from onboarding and integrations to feature adoption and support.
This is a client-facing, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, project management, and customer success. The role is a blend of two responsibilities: structured project management (planning, scoping, and driving implementations and projects to completion) and hands-on client support (responding to requests, troubleshooting, and training). You should be energized by both, and comfortable shifting between leading a project and resolving a day-to-day support ticket. Because this work is billable, it also calls for precise, detail-oriented tracking and reporting of your time.
The Company offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
100% Employer paid short/long term disability
100% employer-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance
401(k) retirement plan with a 100% company match up to 4%
Flexible paid personal/vacation time built on mutual trust and accountability
10 sick days annually
10 company paid holidays
12 weeks paid parental leave
Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
$80,000-$100,000/year
