Compensation: $18.50 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Drug & Alcohol Collector to join our team. This is a dynamic "hybrid" role where you will serve as the primary face of our mobile testing operations, while also providing essential support within our clinic as a Testing Technician and certified IDEMIA Enrollment Agent.

The ideal candidate thrives in an environment that requires high levels of integrity, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage sensitive information with total confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities: Mobile Drug & Alcohol Collector

  • On-Site Testing: Travel to client locations (construction sites, corporate offices, warehouses) to perform DOT and Non-DOT urine, hair, saliva, and breath alcohol tests.

  • Compliance: Maintain a strict chain of custody according to federal and state regulations to ensure the integrity of every sample.

  • Emergency/After-Hours: Participate in an on-call rotation for post-accident or reasonable suspicion testing.

  • Documentation: Accurately complete Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Forms (CCF) and Alcohol Testing Forms (ATF).

Supporting Responsibilities: Clinic & IDEMIA Enrollment

  • Clinic Testing Tech: Assist walk-in patients with various laboratory screenings, including DNA paternity testing, background check fingerprints, and clinical lab draws (if certified).

  • IDEMIA Enrollment Agent: Process applicants for TSA PreCheck®, TWIC®, and HAZMAT endorsements. This includes verifying identity documents, capturing high-quality fingerprints, and processing payments through the IDEMIA portal.

  • Administrative Support: Manage appointment scheduling, answer phones, and maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in drug testing, or medical assisting is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

  • Certifications: Current **** or BAT certifications are a plus. You must be willing to become a certified IDEMIA Enrollment Agent (requires a background check).
