As Digital Manufacturing Project Manager you will be responsible for;
  • Lead and coordinate MES rollout activities, including testing support, issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
  • Partner with production teams, SAP analysts, and business users to support MES integration, process alignment, and operational readiness.
  • Develop and execute training plans, training matrices, and end-user support activities for MES adoption across the site.
  • Identify process gaps, document workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives related to digital manufacturing and paper-to-MES transition efforts.

Qualifications;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or leading MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects within industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.
  • Strong experience with MES/SAP integration, production workflows, user acceptance testing (UAT), and manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
