Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
  • Perform inventory cycle counts at multiple warehouse locations
  • Ability to type detailed information into database
  • Read and interpret documents (i.e., invoices, shipping labels, BOL’s, etc…)
  • Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
  • Evaluate and research inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the company database
  • Generate data reports on periodic basis for management and customers
  • Maintain logs and databases for inventory accuracy
  • Create and update warehouse mapping system
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for inbound / receiving inventory
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams
  • Other general office administrative / customer service duties
  • WILL PROVIDE TRAINING
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be computer / tech savvy (technical experience with computers and computer software)
  • Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • 2+ Years in Inventory / Cycle counting or related field
  • Reliable form of transportation (Some travel required)
  • An open schedule (Some Saturdays shifts and/or overtime will be required)
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
