Job description

DCS Corporation is seeking a talented Foreign Military Sales SME to support the 68th Electronic Warfare Squadron.
Essential Job Functions:
Serve as the primary technical expert on HARM and AARGM systems, including their components, functionality, missile modes, and compatible aircraft platforms.
Develop and analyze mission data files, utilizing annex data to ensure effective planning and execution of SEAD operations.
Provide expert guidance on SEAD tactics and the integration of SEAD assets to support broader mission objectives.
Analyze and report on foreign IADS constructs, including Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) and Anti-Aircraft Artillery (AAA) threat capabilities.
Manage and navigate the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process, from case development to execution and sustainment.
Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including foreign customers, SAF/IA, ODCs/JUSMAGs, intelligence agencies, prime/sub-contractors, and various Air Force and System Program Offices (SPOs).
Develop and deliver training materials and briefings to both internal teams and external partners.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience, an Associate Degree plus 14 years, or a Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years of experience.
Secret security clearance.
HARM & AARGM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HARM and AARGM weapon systems, including their components, functionality, and targeting modes. Must be able to identify which aircraft are capable of employing each system.
SEAD Mission Proficiency: Proven experience in planning and executing SEAD missions with a smart, tactical understanding of how SEAD supports the overall joint force mission.
Threat Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of modern IADS and a wide range of SAM and AAA threats.
FMS Program Management: Demonstrable experience managing FMS programs. Must understand the FMS hierarchy and the distinct roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders involved (e.g., customers, SAF/IA, embassies, intel agencies, contractors, ACC, SPOs).
Mission Data Analysis: Proficient in constructing and interpreting mission data for HARM systems and utilizing data from technical annexes.
Desired Skills:
Former military operational experience as an Electronic Warfare Officer, Fighter Pilot, or a related field with extensive SEAD/DEAD mission experience.
Direct experience working within a System Program Office (SPO) or a security cooperation role at a Combatant Command or embassy (ODC/JUSMAG).
