About the job Class A CDL Driver -Paid mentorship program
Full-time W2 positions open now for Class A drivers across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets. Freight runs primarily east of I-35. Drivers with limited experience who hold a valid CDL-A may be eligible for our paid training program.
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

  • Weekly earnings: $1,400 - $1,800 based on route and experience
  • Direct deposit every Friday
  • Home time weekly or bi-weekly depending on fleet
  • Orientation is paid

EQUIPMENT

PAID TRAINING
Drivers who have completed 120 or more hours at an accredited CDL school may be eligible for our paid 3 to 5 week training program. Program covers safe operation, ELD compliance, trip documentation, inspections, and company procedures. Solo dispatch follows a supervised evaluation period.
JOB DUTIES
  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer within DOT guidelines
  • Pick up and deliver freight on schedule
  • Keep ELD logs, DVIRs, and trip reports current and accurate
  • Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Work professionally with dispatch and customer contacts
REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid Class A CDL, or 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school
  • Acceptable driving recordMust pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
