This role focuses on understanding candidate qualifications, maintaining communication, and helping drivers move toward suitable positions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review CDL driver applications and experience

Verify basic candidate qualification information

Communicate with drivers regarding available opportunities

Match qualified applicants with suitable recruiting pipelines

Track candidate progress and follow-up activity

Maintain accurate recruiting records
