Transportation Recruiter - CDL Driver Engagement & Hiring Support

Truck Driver Nation is recruiting transportation professionals who can build relationships with CDL drivers and help qualified applicants move through the hiring process.

This position requires strong communication, consistent follow-up, and an understanding of how to keep candidates engaged from application through final placement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with CDL driver applicants and prospective candidates

Review qualifications and transportation experience

Discuss available opportunities with qualified drivers

Maintain consistent candidate follow-up

Track applicant progress and next actions

Help drivers complete required recruiting steps

Maintain accurate records and recruiting notes

Support placement activity across available carrier opportunities

Provide a professional candidate experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized and dependable

Comfortable managing multiple active candidates

Ability to work with ATS and online recruiting systems

Transportation or trucking knowledge is preferred

Recruiting, sales, customer service, or driver-facing experience is helpful
