We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Save-On-Foods locations in Chilliwack, BC.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
  • Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
  • Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
  • Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
  • Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You have:

  • A valid, full class 5 provincial driver's license from BC.
  • A clean driver's abstract.
  • A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.
  • Experience in a customer service-related role.
  • A strong work ethic and "let's get it done" attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing. Must be able to travel and make deliveries throughout the day and evening in all weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
