What is a driver settlement?

Driver settlements refer to the process of calculating and distributing the earnings owed to truck drivers or owner-operators by their employers or carriers. This process involves reviewing trip records, deductions, reimbursements, and pay rates to ensure drivers receive accurate compensation for their work. Settlements typically include details on loads hauled, miles driven, expenses, and any advances or charges.
