What You'll Do:
  • Schedule and oversee work for tire technicians, alignment technicians, and mechanics.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service by addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Partner with the sales team to promote service packages and increase product movement.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Manage parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment that follows all safety protocols.

What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a tire service center.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
