Fort lauderdale Behavioral Health is an 182-bed treatment facility that specializes in quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for youth, adults and seniors. We offer a full continuum of care through an integrated system of inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Transport Driver  - Full-time - Days and hours: Monday - Friday (Mon, Wed, Friday 6a-4:30pm and Tues & Thurs 10a-3pm).

The Transportation/Van driver position provides transportation of patients to and from the facility providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining safety at all times. Non-mechanical upkeep of van, painting and cleaning of patient rooms, offices, public areas and other assigned duties.

Licensure:     Maintains a valid, class specific driver’s license applicable to the transportation of patients.

Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years or older and have a good driving record as obtained from the Department of Public Safety.

                                          Must complete CPR certification as well as a the TEAM Training class with successful use of seclusion and restraint procedures within 90 days of employment.

                                          May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.
