As a Security Officer Driver Vehicle Patrol in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access activity across the site. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Bring strong communication and customer service while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government services location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and visitor activity while following post instructions for screening, badge verification, and/or contractor access support.
  • Support the protection of public-facing utility operations by observing site activity, communicating clearly with employees and visitors, and escalating maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related issues as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
