The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting transportation, dispatch, customer service, and tank farm operations. This position coordinates daily routing and logistics activities while ensuring safe, efficient movement of products and services to customers. In addition, the role supports used oil processing and burner fuel blending activities that contribute to operational success and customer satisfaction. Driving responsibilities are performed as needed to support route coverage, operational demands, and service commitments.   • Coordinate daily routing, scheduling, and transportation activities to support customer and operational needs
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery of products
  • Prepare and maintain bills of lading, shipping documentation, manifests, and transportation records
  • Respond to driver inquiries and provide support regarding deliveries, schedules, and operational concerns
  • Monitor transportation schedules and assist with efficient utilization of equipment, trailers, and resources
  • Review shipment documentation, purchase orders, and product information for accuracy prior to release
  • Maintain effective communication across departments to support daily operational success
  • Pump, transfer, blend, and manage used oil products for burner fuel production and customer delivery
  • Monitor tank levels and maintain accurate inventory records for used oil and finished products
  • Operate pumps, valves, hoses, and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with loading and unloading products, waste streams, and transportation equipment
  • Follow all environmental, safety, operational, and regulatory requirements related to used oil handling and processing
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and promptly communicate maintenance or safety concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tank farm, processing, and operational work areas
  • Operate commercial vehicles as needed to support customer deliveries, collections, and route coverage
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required DOT documentation
  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional, responsive, and reliable service
  • Ensure deliveries and collections are completed safely, accurately, and on time
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and operational documentation
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Experience and/or Training:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehouse operations, driver operations, environmental services, or a related field

Licenses/Certificates:
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and dispatch operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teammates across multiple functions
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience working with transportation or inventory systems

  • Current Class A or Class B CDL with applicable endorsements
  • Valid DOT medical certification

  • Experience operating pumps, valves, transfer systems, or bulk liquid handling equipment

Physical, Mental, Environmental Demands:
  • Ability to frequently enter and exit commercial vehicles and operational equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push or pull containers weighing up to 600 pounds with appropriate equipment
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and working around industrial equipment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to analyze information, prioritize work, solve problems, and make sound decisions
  • Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, industrial environments, and moderate to high noise levels
  • Use of personal protective equipment required in designated operational area

The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $25 and $30 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
