Job Details
CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Operations Manager to lead and standardize night janitorial operations across an assigned region. This role oversees all Night Area Managers within the region, driving consistent execution, labor efficiency, and building standards across every account on the night shift. This shift starts in the evening (Monday through Friday, with some weekend hours as needed) and is a salaried position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct oversight and leadership to all Night Area Managers within the region, setting priorities and holding them accountable for consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Drive labor efficiency across night operations, monitoring staffing levels, hours, and productivity to ensure crews are right-sized and costs stay on budget.
  • Establish and enforce clear building expectations and cleaning standards across all accounts, conducting regular site visits to verify compliance and quality.
  • Own the training and development of Night Area Managers and field supervisors, building a pipeline of strong leaders across the region.
  • Partner with Night Area Managers to resolve escalated client concerns and ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed on schedule every night.
  • Review and approve schedules, inventory, and equipment needs submitted by Night Area Managers, ensuring adequate supplies and readiness across all sites.
  • Track and report on regional night-shift performance metrics, including labor hours, quality scores, and client satisfaction, using company software and technology.
  • Ensure all night operations comply with facility and company security and safety protocols across the region.
  • Other tasks and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Competencies
  • Prior experience managing multiple sites or supervisors, ideally in janitorial, facility services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive labor efficiency and manage budgets across multiple accounts.
  • Strong track record of training and developing supervisors or managers.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Willingness and ability to work night-shift hours, including regular site visits across the region.
