Delivery Associate Responsibilities

As a Delivery Associate, you will:

  • Safely operate a company delivery vehicle while following all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Complete vehicle inspections before and after routes
  • Load and organize packages inside the delivery vehicle
  • Deliver packages safely, accurately, and efficiently to residential, commercial, and business locations
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service
  • Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, delivery information, and communication
  • Follow delivery instructions and complete required delivery documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and fellow team members
  • Assist other drivers when needed through rescue support
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
  • Work safely in various weather conditions
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs and repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day

You do not need a commercial license to be a Delivery Driver with us. Here is what you need:

  • Must have a valid state Driver's license
