Seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer (11+ years experience) to serve as the technical authority for complex, mega-scale EHV overhead transmission projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Serve as "Responsible Charge" for multi-disciplinary teams and establish project work plans.
Technical
Perform complex calculations and equipment research specifically for EHV overhead transmission lines.
Client Management
Identify client drivers, manage project changes, and support business development efforts.
Operations
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
People Leadership
Lead hiring, discipline, and technical reviews for subordinate engineering staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
Experience
11+ years in power delivery/transmission with specific expertise in EHV overhead lines.
Compliance
Must pass pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Licensure
